Hey, we are Rebecca and Max. We met during our apprentice-ship in a hotel in Hamburg, Germany, where Rebecca trained to be a hotel specialist and Max trained as a cook. We both love to eat clean and get our proteins and vitamins without eating so much meat and fish. Eating should not only be an enjoyment but also good for your body. In a world where everything is getting faster and cheaper we sometimes forget to look after ourselves and each other. So we decided to open our deli providing you with a spot to feel welcomed and do just that.
